Mental Health

Health and safety are top priorities of Zeta Beta Tau. The Zeta Beta Tau Foundation is committed to risk prevention, health, and wellness, and overall care. We feel strongly that the Fraternity can best support ZBT brothers by providing programming focused on mental health and wellness.

All ZBT undergraduates have the opportunity to use the JED Foundation’s Credible Mind platform at ZBT.crediblemind.com. This student wellness hub includes a text helpline, self-assessments, peer stories, and more resources.

In addition,
all ZBT undergraduates have use of the wellness services from MANUAL.care. MANUAL offers an online resource center. Brothers in the pilot receive 24/7 access to the MANUAL digital platform and 13+ hours of evidence-based videos, monthly livestreams, weekly newsletters, and access to MANUAL’s private social media channels.
