The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) focuses on providing leadership education and development to brothers within their first two years of brotherhood in the Fraternity. The program provides brothers with opportunities to explore their definitions of leadership and to begin applying strong leadership behaviors and practices to their everyday actions. Attendees can network with their peers from across the country, develop a leadership legacy plan and identify future leadership aspirations in their chapter/colony and beyond.

• Serves as a catalyst for larger chapter/colony, campus and community leadership opportunities.

• Attendees strengthen ability to articulate strategies to overcome leadership barriers and identify characteristics of good leadership.

• Attendees participate in the Gallup organization’s StrengthsFinder assessment to better articulate their personal leadership strengths.
